We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible without sacrificing the quality of our arts and crafts supplies. Our design process takes 24-72 hours, and then production begins. Once finalized and approved, your order will be shipped and the shipping rate will be assessed at the end of the order. If you need your order rushed, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your time frame. However, our quality standards will never be compromised - we are committed to delivering the best. Please be advised that a rush shipping rate will be added to all expedited orders.
Return & Exchange Policy
At KNOTS Production House, we place great emphasis on quality and craftsmanship in all of our products. Because of this commitment, we do not offer refunds. However, if there are any errors with your purchase, we are happy to work with you to exchange and replace your item.
